May 20th at Blvd. Baptist Church

Make sure and make your reservations now!

Sections have been asked to bring in supplies for the Banquet.

The following is a list of items that we have asked the various section members to bring
Section Leaders will contact their members for specifics.

Flutes: Mustard, Ketchup and Mayo

Clarinets: Chips and Napkins

Saxophones: Hotdog and Hamburger Buns

French Horns: Plates

Baritone and Trombone: Ice Cream

Tubas Silverware

Trumpets Baked Beans and Dill Pickles

Pit: Hotdog and Hamburger Buns



Band Needs:

Copy Paper of any color
Sand for the Band Field
Office Supplies
Band Aides and basic First Aide Equipment
Clear Scotch Tape
Golf Cart
Bottled Water
Reeds
Valve Oil
Basic Tools: Flat Head Screwdrivers/Pliers
2-50ft extension cords
Black Dress Socks
Black Spray Paint
