Monday: Full Band Rehearsal: 4:00 to 6:15
Color Guard in Aux Gym

Tuesday: Full Band Rehearsal: 4:00 to 6:15
Drum Line to Greenville Drive Game: Leaving at 3:45

Thursday: Full Band Rehearsal: 4:00 to 6:15

Friday: Call Time at the Band Room @ 5:30
(The Band Room will be open and chaperoned all day Friday)

Bus Procedures:

All Students will ride their assigned bus to and from all performances

Uniform must be worn on the bus to and from all performances

Students must ride their assigned bus

Uniforms:

All Students must wear black socks

All Students have been sized for a uniform.

All Uniforms will be passed next week.

Shoes are here and will be passed out next week



Guard Uniform

Uniform Fees for Guard are $50.00
This will help us defray the cost of the uniform

The uniform is scheduled to ship on Monday, August 23rd

This fee must be paid before the uniform is issued


Please remember that all band fees are now past due:

Hanna Band

We are working very hard to keep our fees lower than any other programs in our region. Please help us continue to make sure every student has an opportunity to participate regardless of circumstances.

McCants Students please remember to ride the Hanna Sports Bus.

All McCants Students will need a Bus ID before Labor Day.

Wednesday: Officer Meeting directly after school in the Theory Room

Thursday: Full Band Rehearsal:

Shoes: Shoes will be ordered on Wednesday. If there are changes or additions, deletions please let Bas know ASAP. Due to shipping charges, shoes ordered late will approximately $10.00 more.

Band Fees: Band Fees ($135.00) are due now.

Green Forms: We must have all completed green forms no later than Tuesday of Next week. (August 24th)

Bus List: The Bus list for the Westside Game will be posted on Friday.

First Booster Meeting in the Band Room

We need a representative from each family at this very important first meeting.

Chaperone Meeting, August 19th @ 7:15 in the Band Room
(required by the district for all those who wish to chaperone)

Please make sure and bring the completed green medical forms to turn in if you have not already done so.

Also, Band Fees may be paid at this time if they have not already been taken care of.

We will have volunteer information for every committee. Your help is needed to make this another successful year for our program.
