Congratulations Hanna Band!
The T.L. Hanna Band was named as a State Finalist Saturday at the South Carolina Upper State Band Championships at Boiling Springs High School. Hanna scored a 91.245 which is their highest score ever at this event. The Hanna Marching Band will now advance to the State Championship at Spring Valley High School in Columbia. This Saturday, October 29th. Hanna’s Performance time is 7:15

From the West: Take I 85 north to I-26. Travel I 26 East to I-20 East (Florence). Follow I-20 East to Exit 80 (Clemson Rd). Turn left onto Clemson Rd. Go left at second stoplight onto Sparkleberry Lane. School is approximately 3 miles on the left.

Monday: Jazz Band Reading Rehearsal: 4:00 to 5: 30
Tuesday: Full Marching Band Practice for State: 4:00 to 6:15
Wednesday: Marching Band Performance @ McCants for the Red Ribbon Assembly. We will leave Hanna at 1:05 (After Second Lunch)
Students who have 3rd lunch will need to eat lunch at
Thursday: Full Marching Band Practice for State: 4:00 to 6:30*
Brief Officer Meeting after practice
Friday: The Band will not travel to the Greenwood Game
Student Holiday and Free Friday evening
Saturday: Call Time for State Contest 10:45 am
On the field for practice @ 11:00
Lunch @ 12:00 @ School
Dress and Load from 1:00 to 1:30
Depart Hanna at 1:45
Thursday: November 4th: Last Marching Band Rehearsal
Run Through Rehearsal only for Westside Game: 4:00 to 5:00
Friday: November 5th: Westside Game at Home:
Call Time 6:15
Reminders:
Jazz Band Rehearsals and Tryouts will start the Week of November 8th
Rehearsals will run Monday, Tuesdays and Thursdays
from 4:00 to 5:30
Students who are auditioning for Jazz Band must turn in a completed and signed Jazz Band Contract.
Contracts are available at the White Board.
Region Band and All State Jazz Registration Fees are due now.
Fees are $10.00
Please give to Mr. Whitt or place in the drop box in an envelope, marked with your name and what the money is for.
